As avri's activities expand, it is becoming more difficult for avri's directors to properly assess the growing numbers of candidates.
Candidates need to be carefully examined about their experience, abilities and qualifications. Furthermore, face-to-face interviews reveal aspects of character and personality that CVs conceal or do not mention.
We are looking for senior academics/professionals, in all countries, who will consult for us in the recruitment process, on a fee per task basis. Consultants will:
assess CVs suitability against specific job description;
arrange and conduct interviews with selected candidates, to consider putting them forward for specific vacancies
